Step 6: Make bases for the bows
Adjust the size and shape of the template (Fig 1) based on the size and shape of your shoes.
Adjust the pattern as needed if you used different sized gems and rhinestones.
Cut the pattern out of the fabric.
[Optional] Cut the pattern out of interfacing and apply the interfacing to the wrong side of the material.
Fully cover the top with mesh and tack to the underside of the bow.
Use thread to mark the vertical and horizontal center lines.
